Job Description:
Job purpose:

Studies and assesses offshore projects and contracts including safety engineering, methods of executing the works and the impact on the existing personnel, properties and activities. Monitors, inspects and audits the marine spreads and diving plants operating offshore. Advises the concerned authorities on matters related to personnel, property and environment safety. Investigates causation of accidents/incidents and recommends corrective/preventive action. Monitors and advises on the proper implementation/adherence of safety and environment protection programmes, standards, procedures and regulations. Promotes awareness of site personnel( ADMA- OPCO employees and contractors) to safety and environmental protection. Prepares necessary analytical and statistical reports. (Work covers all Marine/Subsea and offshore activities of Engineering Division, Das Marine Oeperations and Operations Support Division including the Helicopter Operations).

Safety fire and environmental control equipments:

• Ensures that appropriate fire, safety, life-saving appliances and environmental control equipment are available, accessible, serviced and in good operable conditions on vessels, barges and helicopters.
• Originates/initiates requests for additional or modern equipment.
• Carries out site technical evaluation for samples of such equipments prior to acceptance and provides necessary reports/advice.

Minimum requirements:
Master certificate of competency (Foreign going)/engineering degree related to under water operations.5 years experience in professional marine and diving activities in oil or related organization. Good command of English language, written, and spoken and Arabic-Very Good
