The Business Head will be responsible for the management of the Casual Dining experience through performance management and guidance of the Divisional Managers. This is a large, autonomous role reporting to a highly experience and polished GM. You will have international casual dining experience with the ability to reduce costs and drive top line. English language is essential, Arabic desirable, Degree educated; ideally Masters but solid education and work history. You will be commercial, communicative, polished but not flashy with a strong understanding of managing a hugely multi-national team across multiple brands in numerous countries. I would expect this role to initial be managing approximately 80 units in 4 countries. Salary and package is negotiable.
