Requirements for Opening 1:

• Degree majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong C/C++ programming capabilities;
• Strong background in math and statistics;
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Image/video analysis, for example: object segmentation and object tracking, feature extraction and classification;
• Stereo image/video analysis, for example, stereo matching, disparity/depth map reconstruction, scene reconstruction, and so on;
• Computer vision and pattern recognition, for example: face detection, object recognitionMedia understanding, for example, image classification, video indexing, video structure analysisMachine learning, for example, data training, neural network, and so.
• Good understanding of image/video representation and coding, or image/video pre/post-processing will be an advantage;Understanding of 3D graphics, HCI and perceptual visual quality estimation is a plus;

Requirements for Opening 2:

• Degree majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong C/C++ programming capabilities;
• Strong background in signal processing and statistics;
• Experiences in at least one of the following areas:Image/video coding, for example, JPEG, JPEG2000, MPEG-4, H.264, VC-1, Image/video processing, such as noise reduction, deblocking, deringing, deinterlacing, scaling, interpolationQuality evaluation in 2D/3D image/video;
• Good understanding of image/video analysisGood understanding in 3D graphics and HCI will be advantageFor both positions, good command of English & Mandarin is a must.
